That depends the development of whole event, SNDA vs SINA. This is just beginning. One immediate impact is immediate valuation boost for related stocks such as SOHU. SINA has 2 business: majority revenue from wireless and minority revenue from portal ads. SNDA main interest should be in portal business and SNDA is willing to pay a huge price tag for SINA right now considering SINA has so much wireless baggage. Based on the price SDNA paid for SINA so far, the SOHU price premium is much bigger from here if there is any deal in the future.
