EV/EBITDA Hi Everyone,
I am a beginner investor and I was hoping someone might be able share their view as to what EV/EBITDA figure would make a stock be considered "cheap."
Thanks |

Re: EV/EBITDA Hi jls1224:
EV/EBITDA is very popular metrics among value investors to compare valuation of stocks in the same sector.
Because of accounting differences, typically EV/EBITDA metrics does not work very well for comparing stocks in different sectors.
Having said that, a stock with EV/EBITDA between 10 - 15 are most likely to be reasonably priced. Stocks with EV/EBITDA below 10 may be attractive value stocks.
