American Software has over two dollars in cash and owns 87% of Logility (LGTY). What I am having troubel figuring out is whether the income generated from LGTY is accounted for in the financial statements of American Software. If that is the case (it seems to be most likely), do you still see any value in the stock? If anyone has any ideas, opinions, or insights please let me know.
