LNX It "engages in the design, distribution, wholesale, and retail of tableware, collectibles, and other giftware products in the United States and Canada." Based on its recent 4 years performance, it has excellent operation results with average PE at 3-4 and the result is stable.
However, its price dropped extensively recently due to its unsatisfied performance in the last two quaters. Part of the reasons include an aquisition and writting off good wills. I am wondering whether it is under valued? Anyone can
give me any comments? Thanks a lot.
BTW, there is a lot of insider acquisition at prices much much higher than the current market quote. |

The merit and valuation of acquistion needs to be studied to see the whole picture. I have not studied this stock enough to say, but so far, the valuation looks interesting.
The acquisiton was pretty big and impacted the company significantly.
This stock price looks low based on past earning excluding the acquisiton effect. |
