Is HRP a good value stock like CEI? Somebody recommends it. It is a company very much like CEI.
It pays similar annual dividend (~8%) like CEI.
It's PB is close to 1, better than CEI.
It's forward 2007 price/earning ratio is a bit over 10, better than CEI.
Would Blast please look into it, and give us an update? Thanks! I think income investment can do good in bad market. |

Re: Is HRP a good value stock like CEI? From the graph, HRP looks like an opposite of CEI. Whenever CEI rises, it drops or vice versa.

From the its numbers, it does look very nice.

Based on FFO numbers, this stock looks cheap.
I believe most of commercial real estate REITs are in the turnaround mode. Their business is stable and valuation is low. |
