Hi investor,

DHOM is trading below its asset level, this is getting interesting as traditional Ben Graham play.

The potential risk I see, is the liquidity problem. DHOM has lots of land, but it does not have much cash. It will need to sell those land on the book to generate cash for the company to survive.

But the quesiton is, how much is the land on DHOM book worth if DHOM liquidate them?

I have not studied enough on this stock to tell the land liquidation worth. If DHOM can sell land to get cash, this stock is great value.
