I hope because all my savings in US are evaporating because all the weakness of the dollar with respect to the euro!.

I can't open the link either. But how I see it I dont think it is anytime soon. Does anyone have any idea if I, as a U.S. citizen, could open a foreign (say U.K.) savings account. A savings in U.K. yeild 5.75 last time I checked. You know, that would take advantage of the dollar weakness. Anyone have any input? I would appreciate it.
