Nice divident.
so so PE.
In health industry, with so many baby boomer retiring ....

At a glance, NHI looks good - more thorough analysis is needed of course.

Nursing home or Assistant living REITs are in good business. Assistant living used to have terrible business downturn couple of years ago. Now the business is back.

Dividend is high plus lots of insider buyings. Demographic trend of aging population in USA also bode well for these stocks.

Both are not bad.
