How can percentage of holding exceed 100% 
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=RHAT,
the insider holding 29%,
institute holding 107%,
Could some one explain what is the meaning? Thank you.

Hi littlebird,

Yahoo numbers are generated by computer software automatically, and they can be error due to incapability of software to analyze complicated situation.

In SEC filings, it is quite common for double counting, for example, manager name would for XYZ shares of ownership, but the mutual fund or institution may file same amount of ownership twice in different filing. The software does not know they are same, would count them twice, sometimes triple counting.
