Thank you. :shock: blast_investor Sun Oct 29, 2006 4:39 pm       Hi littlebird, Yahoo numbers are generated by computer software automatically, and they can be error due to incapability of software to analyze complicated situation. In SEC filings, it is quite common for double counting, for example, manager name would for XYZ shares of ownership, but the mutual fund or institution may file same amount of ownership twice in different filing.
