Hello Everyone
My name is Zhong-Dan LAN, I am doing software development. I have background in Maths before I entered IT. I did investment in Mutual Fund and lost some money.

I started to learn some financial theory one year ago and passed CFA exam Level 1. I am trying to learn more finance and trying to practice the investment theory.

I live in Central New Jersey. I have no real estate for now, I think lots of houses are overpriced.

Hope to get help from everyone here.

How to create a blog?
I tried to create a blog and I went to

I got message:

"You must belong in a usergroup that is allowed to create a Blog. "

What should I do?
