How about NTES dip today, due to index fall today, is it a good time to buy?

NTES valuation is in attractive area at 16x PE with pretty growth in the past.

However, NTES business is in fast changing business, it is not stable, mature industry. Chinese economy and policy in internet gaming industry is changing fast too. Therefore, there are quite lot risks in NTES.

I have not studied NTES in recent years, I do not know enough of NTES fundamental to say it is a good buy or not. For my take, I usually do not want to invest into a stock that I don't understand thoroughly.
