M&G Investment Management is a UK firm, it acquired 1.97 million shares of ARLP. The date of filing is 3/21, but the date of the signature is 2/16. This is not reflected on Yahoo finance "insider transaction" section. The cost of this transaction was not available on the filing, but the price range of ARLP around before 2/16 was between $35.00 and $35.54. This is a bullish sign on ARLP.
