OMM This company flashed across my screener and I did some delving into the company.
Seems to be a fairly cheap stock even after it's big boost back in march because of a buyout to happen in the next couple months.
The two companies buying them out seem a little overpriced but I'm not sure what effect that will have on the price of this stock.
They appear to have good financials, with a little over twice the current assets to current liabilities and they have steadily reduced long term debt.
Good returns, they have posted a 5 year average of 29.47%ROE which makes me think management knows how to invest their earnings well. Also posted a 30% 5 year average growth rate of their EPS.
In terms of the company, they are an oil liner business in a market that I don't really see much slow down in overseas dependence. Seems they have penetrated the market pretty well and are prime for growth in an industry that seems like it would be pretty tough to penetrate and have good management in place to ensure they are better than most. So maybe a small to medium mote with room to grow.
Stock seems like a steal to me, please forgive my newbie(ness) to the subject of investment, still learning the ins and outs of analyzing a company. Let me know if my analysis can float or point out any holes in my analysis as I'm always looking to become better at this(who doesn't?).
Thanks,

Well after some closer examination it looks like this company's earnings may be a blip on the radar and the P/E may be a little inflated by this. |
