Hi stocklongvalue,

In my opinion, HRP is an interesting stock but with risk.

HRP is that 7% yield is pretty good compared to most stocks in SP&500. In that sense, I believe HRP is better value than most of stocks in SP&500.

If I want to point out the risk on this stock, it is the low % of ownership by the management. Based on SEC filing, the management only owns less than 1% of the stock, here is the link:

Usually, when trustee or management has no directly economic interest in a company, their behavior may not be shareholder friendly. Actually, there was one post in Yahoo msg board blaming HRP on insider conflict of interest:

I would do more research on this insider conflict of interest. I have not done that so that I don't know the blame is true or not. If this is true, this stock should be avoided.
