Seems WB increased the holding of this stock. Is it a good investment in the long run?

I am also wondering,
from NPR I listened yesterday,
the international shipping is red hot now, the # of ships will double after 2010, which means the world trade will increasing rapidly

I think this international trade will increase the railway business,
and in this chain of business, railway company is well positioned due to its monopoly power.

Buffet is buying like crazy, more than 5% of his total holdings,
and he just got approval to increase the holdings upto 25%
of the company.

Taken out some of his longtime holdings PG, CO, AXP etc,
the impact of railway business in his holdings are huge, which
means he really have some foresight here
