SFI insider buy
Blast, could you take a look at this stock? President and director are buying. Just anounced a quarterly dividend still higher than last year's payout.

I don't think blast have interest in SFI. Blast has said he don't understand what's the intrinsic value of those Financial companies.

But how about JOE? It was said JOE has lots of land and now market value JOE's Florida land at less than $5000/acre.

zhiyuzh is right. I generally don't have any interest in high leveraged financial stock such as SFI.

SFI business is quite complicated just reading its description in Yahoo finance. This is not a simple business, and potentially could have very large risk behind the doors.
