a simple question for filling schedule d
let's take the part I as an example. If one sold 100 shares of stock XYZ, he filles in column a of line 1: 100 sh. XYZ co.

Now, I sold, say, 1 contract of XYZ's call, XYZAA. How to fill it in the column a? 1 contract XYZAA call, or 1 call XYZAA?

sorry for asking so 土得掉渣的问题。It is the first year I need to do so. Thank you in advance

I think that should be fine. Just say 1 contract call XYZZC.
