What is the hot list exactly?

I am very confused with hot list rating you were talking about in the forum. I can access
http://www.blastinvest.com/BIRTP/
to see all the articles. But it doesn't have the favorable, extremely favorable rating on each stock inside the article. Could you post a web address here or point me to some help page.
