Wall Street analysts typically downgrade picks when the price dropped. BlastInvest usually upgrade the pick when the price drops and downgrade the pick when the price jumped. The rational for this Hot List rating behavior is that usually intrinsic value of a stock does not change frequently. What is worth for a stock typically does not change within a few months. Therefore, the cheaper the price, the better risk/reward ratio is for the pick. Long term investment depends on the entry price a lot.
