Renewal and other questions
Blast,

This is really wonderful service that I enjoyed for almost a year. Now it is time to renew, how is it gonna work? I saw the renew function on http://www.blastinvest.com/amember/member.php page, but since my membership will not expire until around Thanksgiving, say if I renew now, how are you gonna handle the overlap between new term and old term? If I don't manually log in and renew, would my membership be renewed automatically?

Another question is that since the service heavily relies on your personal expertise, how would BlastInvest LLC continue to operate the newsletter service if there is any accident occurs to you? Please forgive my being blunt, but it looks like you are the only big guru in your company.

Thank you for praising BIRTP service.

We just emailed you detailed instruction on renewal.

On the overlap time adjustment issue, we can adjust time for yearly plan, but not for monthly plan.

If you renew yearly plan ahead of renewal date, just email our help desk and we can adjust that for you.

However, we can not manually adjust overlap time for monthly plan because it is automatically setup by PayPal for 12 months. We would suggest all subscribers who want to renew on monthly plan to do it on renewal date. The BlastInvest account is always there even after BIRTP expires and subscribers can always renew anytime after expiration date.

On your second question, BlastInvest LLC certainly can not assure you or guarantee anything on that.

We perfectly understand that there are subscribers who do not want to lock in whole year plan. Our regular monthly fee is just for that flexibility so that subscriber can stop subscription and leave any time without losing a whole year subscription fee.
