How do you view the effect of recent turmoil in copper commodity market on this stock?
Recently copper price has rallied big. The hedge funds are squeezing Chinese government hard on copper because of large short position of Chinese government. It looks like Chinese government will lose north of $100 million this time. This is another scandal coming from a Chinese bad trader trading on behalf of Chinese government. |

I am not sure where the copper market will go.
I think it will remain relatively strong mainly because the growth of world economy will be solid. |

The copper inventory in Londom exchange center is still in historical low level. If that inventory statistics is true (i.e. not hidden inventory around the world), I think copper price can still keep historical high level for a while.
Anyway, copper stock is too cyclical, too dangerous. I will not play it at current level. |
