Is this just a scam?
IDWD.PK, too good to be true. Announced 0.87-1.01 dividend. guidence 0.21-0.23 per share. stock price 0.20. It seems no one believe them. I don't believe them too as I didn't find any sec filing. If they really have so much money for dividend, why don't the just use a liitle cash to buyout all the shares? But, if this is a scam, how can the CEO escape?

Wow, I like to know why and how also. using 20c to make $1. When they give the dividend?

I would be very wary of this stock.

No financial statement, no real information, just a dividend announcement of large value.

What is dividend form? Cash? Not sure, the company does not say, just say a "value" of $1 a share.

Historically, Lots of company issue special dividend of "shares", they call that shares as dividend too.
