Tax return for the subscription fee
Hi,

This could be an old question, but somehow I did not find any answers yet.

Can I get tax exemption from the subscription fee to the blast's
newsletter? I heard that one can get tax return on this kind of
investment service, but don't know how to claim it.

I would appreciate if there is any suggestions!

Hi zanker,

I believe investment newsletter fees are deductable. This would be considered as investment expense.

Here is web site that specifically tells how to do that (item # 4):

It's conditional. It's only deductable if it's more than 2% of your AGI. Stock trading comissions are deductable no matter what.
