Saw this letter:

It's a letter from this Pirate Capital LLC to JRCC.

'As a result, we demand that (i) the Board immediately retain
an investment banking firm to pursue strategic alternatives, including the
potential sale of the Company and (ii) immediately redeem the shareholder
rights plan effective no later than March 15, 2006.'

What does this mean?
