The share price is 14.60 and book/share is 15.67. ROE is usually over 10% but was 7% in '03 and 2% in '01. Book value is increasing but did drop a bit in '01 & '02. blast_investor Thu Feb 16, 2006 11:54 pm       This is in cyclical sector. The valuation is attractive. But you would have to study its past business cycles to assess the potential.
