Blast, urget help for filing tax!!!!!!! Blast, I start to trade stock after following your portofolio last year. Basically, I bought some and hold most of them, and have only 7 sale transactions. I got a statement from Scottrade and have no idea how to file the capital gain tax.
1. Do I need to file schedule D? Where can I find Schedule D?
2 Do I need to list every purchase and sale traction?
2. Where can I find some examples that people who barely trade file tax.
Anyone who have insight, please help, Thanks a lot. |

Hi buyorsell,
I am not tax expert. I can not help you on filing taxes.
If you do not know how to file tax yourself, there are fee based services provided by HR Block, which has offices almost everywhere in USA.
If you are willing to do at least some of tax work youself, software such as Turbotax, and Taxcut might help you. |
