Haven't really looked at it yet, but trading at 3x fcf with ok margins and good returns on equity and assets.

Hi teeninvestor
Did you get a chance to take a look at this one in detail. Just a very basic calculation of the estimated earnings for 2006 (1.58/shr got this from the s&p500 netadvantage account at my library) times the 5 year average p/e of 6.1 puts the value of this stock at somewhere around 9.64. Which is a 50% increase from the current price. Looking at the chart for the 1 year it shows that (around 9.3) is where the stock was trading for quite a while before taking a significant dip at the begining of this year. Do you know what caused that dip around begining of 2006? By the way the earnings call is for tommorow morning. |
